Clients Approaching Inactivity – Report Guide

The Clients Approaching Inactivity report displays a list of clients with a certain number of days of inactivity as selected by the user when generating the report. The report is a helpful resource for HIFIS Leads and Administrators, and can be found in the Reports Manager under the HIFIS Reports tab. Communities can use the report to:

  • Obtain a better understanding of how many clients are approaching inactivity;
  • Intervene early to prevent clients from becoming inactive;
  • Identify clients who have been less active in accessing services or support, enabling early intervention to prevent further disengagement;
  • Monitor and improve the accuracy of client data within HIFIS, helping ensure that client records are complete and up-to-date; and,
  • Inform long-term strategic planning by understanding patterns of client engagement and inactivity, guiding the development of programs and services that better address the evolving needs of clients.
